How to turn your favourite alcoholic drink into popsicles

Just when you thought you couldn’t enjoy your favourite alcoholic drink any more, boom! Then comes alcoholic popsicles. To

simplify the process, you place a mixture of alcohol in cups, and insert a stick, then freeze overnight. How exactly can you

make some of them? Read on.

1.   Elder-flower Rosé Pops

Prepare the elder-flower drink as instructed on the bottle and mix with an equal amount of rosé. Pour mixture into Popsicle

cups, insert sticks, and freeze overnight.

2.   Cucumber Mint Gin Pops

Place mint leaves in a glass with some gin and muddle. Strain the gin into your limeade and stir to combine. Place cucumber

sticks down in your Popsicle cups horizontally and gently pour your gin-limeade mixture into the cups. Freeze overnight.

3.   Prosecco Pops

Place strawberry into Popsicle cups and fill halfway with prosecco, fill the cups to the top with lemonade of your choice and

insert Popsicle stick. Freeze overnight.

4.   Strawberry Mojito Pops

Mix rum, strawberries, limeade, fresh lime juice and mint leaves. Chill Popsicle cups in freezer for about 20 to 30

minutes with mixture. Add wooden Popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.

5.   Cherry Apple Whiskey Sour Pops

Make holes in the cherries, peel away the apple and lime skin; cut fruit into quarters. Blend all ingredients. Pour mixture into Popsicle cups and freeze for 2 hours. Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
